A meter, a model number and a straight answer
Viking Repair Redmond is an independent repair workshop. We are not a dispatch network and not a franchise — the person who takes the call is the person who reads the meter.
Why we measure before we quote
Most of the appliances we are called to have already been looked at once. The pattern is almost always the same: a part was replaced because it is the part that usually fails, the symptom did not change, and the customer paid for a guess. A Viking oven that will not hold temperature has at least four plausible causes, and three of them cost a fraction of the one everybody reaches for first.
So the diagnostic is instrumented. Igniter current in amps, sensor resistance in ohms, manifold pressure, cabinet temperatures logged over a cycle rather than read once. Those numbers narrow four possibilities to one, and you get told which number decided it.
What we work on
Four appliance families, all Viking: pro-style sealed-burner and dual-fuel ranges, wall and range ovens, built-in refrigeration columns, and panel-ready dishwashers. Keeping the scope narrow is deliberate — it is how the van stays stocked with the parts that actually fail and how a first visit usually turns into a finished repair.

- Refrigerator Repair — Built-in and professional-series Viking refrigeration: cooling loss, defrost faults and ice production.
- Oven Repair — Convection, bake and broil element repair plus thermostat and control calibration on Viking ovens.
- Dishwasher Repair — Drain, wash-arm, heater and door-latch repair for Viking panel-ready and integrated dishwashers.
Where we go
Redmond and the east plateau: Downtown Redmond, Education Hill, Overlake, Redmond Ridge. Those four ZIPs are the standing route, which is why morning bookings from them usually land the same day.
What we are not
We are not an authorized Viking service center and we do not claim to be. This is an independent business with no affiliation to Viking Range, LLC. We service the equipment, we fit factory-spec parts, and we would rather say that plainly than let a logo imply something that is not true.
